The fantastic menu will be created for you. Come and try Pan seared French mackerel with seaweed, cucumber and oyster reduction sauce; Pressed red tuna and water melon, duo textura, with balsamic and olive oil reduction sauce; Slow cooked monk fish and snow peas, duo textura, with lightly roasted baby squid; Veal tenderloin roasted & topped with a cafe crust, & sauteed white asparagus in reduction sauce; Macarons cakes iced with raspberry and litchis, with ‘Eau de Rose’ and litchi sherbet; Dark chocolate fondant ice cream scented with ‘Cohiba’ cigars and many more…The 3 course menu is Baht 1,500 nett.
