Standard & Poor's Ratings Services placed its 'AAA' rating on Idaho Housing Agency's single-family mortgage bonds, series 1990F, on CreditWatch with negative implications.
This action follows Standard & Poor's May 7, 2009, downgrade of Societe Generale, the guaranteed investment contract provider, to 'A+/A-1' from 'AA-/A-1+'.
