Mr. Kitisak Jampathipphong, CEO of Century 21 Realty Affiliates (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or Century 21 (Thailand), discloses about the company’s operating plan today that the company will provide complete real estate services in Thailand. With total real estate solutions under the franchise of Century 21 International system and its comprehensive network of more than 8,800 offices in 67 countries worldwide, its service offerings will include property agency, project sales & marketing management, investment & land services, developer & Investment consultancy, international agency, property management, business affiliation opportunity, SEC certified valuation & research services as well as asset acquisition services for international investment, e.g. in the U.K., U.S.A., Hong Kong, Australia and etc.
Given the strength in its services under the standard of Century 21 International, the World’s largest residential real estate sales organization headquartered in the U.S.A., the company will bring in technology and know-how from Century 21 to implement with its services in Thailand. This will also include the network and exchanges of database with other Century 21 offices worldwide. In Asia, its network spans across Japan (more than 800 offices), Hong Kong (more than 300 offices), China (more than 1,000 offices), Russia and Dubai. This will render in faster higher-efficient service coverage both locally and internationally.

Mr. Kitisak further adds that the company will seriously start its marketing activities in 2H09 with total real estate solutions as its strength. To be specific, the company will focus its efforts on resale market, which is expected to be a large market in 3Q09 and 4Q09, as there are many near-to-complete and complete projects with each project having about 5-10% of outstanding units left. In addition, there will also be some units belonging to those who have already purchased, but would like to resell to other Thai or foreign customers. Totally, this will make at least 20-30% of the total project. At the same time, the company also has a plan to create a market for the Thai investors, who are keen to earn higher yield than interest rates offered in the money market as well as to increase their asset values, through a massive marketing campaign in July, namely the Century 21 Smart Investment.
Talking about business affiliation opportunity, there are a large number of people, both Thai and foreigners, some current real estate brokers included, expressing their interest at the moment. So far, there have been 8 operated franchised brokers and it is expected that the number would rise to 100 within 2012 thanks to brand confidence, system, technology and know-how, which are different from those brands in the past.
