Chonchai Tongpaitoon, a marketing manager of River City Shopping Complex, induces you to join in the “Amazing Thai Buddha Images” Exhibition during June 3 — 14, 2009 at 11 a.m. — 8 p.m. in the Grand Hall of River City Shopping Complex, Charoen Krung 24.
The exhibition will be shown on Relics of Buddha, given by Somdej Phrayannasungvorn Somdej Phrasungharaja (Charoen Suwattano), the eight periods of copied Buddha Images such as the Dvaravati art of Phra Buddha Norachet, the Lopburi Artisan of Phra Buddha Maha Thammaraja, the Chiang Saen art of Phra Buddha Sihing, the Sukhothai art of Phra Buddha Chinnaraj, the Late U Thong art of Phra Buddha Trairattananayok (Luang Phor To), the Late Ayutthaya art of Phra Buddha Nimit Wichitmarnmoli, the Rattanakosin art of Phra Srisakaya Tossapolayan, and the Srivijaya art of Luang Phor Thungkha, the five regions of copied Phra Prathan — Emerald Buddha in Bangkok, Phra Buddha Chinnaraj in the northern part of Thailand, Luang Phor Sothorn in the centre part of Thailand, Luang Phor Sai in ISAN, and Phra Buddha Sihing in the southern part of Thailand, and the five regions of copied Buddha Images such as Phra Buddha in Bangkok — Phra Sri Sakayamunee of Wat Suthat Thepwararam and Phra Buddha Naruemitr of Wat Arunrajawararam, Phra Buddha in the northern part — Phra Chao Luang of Wat Phrathat Chang Kum Woraviharn and Phra Chao Ton Luang of Wat Sri Koamkum, Phra Buddha in the central part — Luang Phor Mongkolbopitr of Viharn Phra Mongkolbopitr and Luang Phor Thong of Wat Khao Takhrao , Phra Buddha in ISAN — Phra Chao Yai In Plang of Wat Mahawanaram and Luang Phor Phra Chi of Wat Buraparam, Phra Buddha in the southern part — Phra Buddha Suntitippanard of Wat Yaikoapan and Phra Phud of Wat Phra Thong.
