Customers can experience a wide range of services including call cost checks, bill payment, applications for immediate supplementary services and many others. By simply pressing *9399 and calling (calling fee is 1 baht per call), this initiative makes it easier, more convenient and faster for TrueMove post pay customers to handle all requirements via just one number. The new IVR *9399 service is available from today.
