Samart I-Mobile PLC., has come up with a new retail business strategy, spending over 30 million Baht on a large scale i-mobile shop and service improvement to maintain i-mobile’s leadership in the retail business. Customers will feel rest assured that only genuine parts and accessories will be used and after sale service will be provided quickly, expertly and efficiently. i-mobile has officially launched “mobile insurance at i-mobile shop”; any i-mobile phones bought from i-mobile shop, if stolen, can be repurchased for half price; replacement can be made within 15 days for i-club Platinum members, and repair service at only 500 Baht for out of warranty products. In addition, i-mobile Shop has introduced a special offer of up to 1,200 Baht trade-in value for new TV phone. i-mobile has arranged comprehensive marketing activities to highlight value added products and service at i-mobile Shops nationwide with “Om Akapan Namart” as a new i-mobile Shop's presenter.

Purchase at half price in case of losses: In the event of loss of existing phone due to theft or robbery within 90 days of purchase, a new phone of the same model can be bought at half price upon production of receipt, police report and a copy of ID card.
Repair service at only 500 baht: Within 180 days of purchase, the out of warranty phone shall be repaired in the event of damage by accidents such as impact, exposure to water and fire. Our service center shall provide repair service upon production of producing receipt, police report and a copy of ID card.
15 days exchange warranty: This is a special offer for i-Club Platinum Member. Customer who buys an i-mobile phone for 4,000 baht or more can immediately join membership.
