Bangkok--29 May--UK Communications Nokia (Thailand) Ltd. launchs a new after-sales service “Online Repair Status Checking” to facilitate customers who access services for mobile phones and accessories at Nokia Care Centers. The service “Online Repair Status Checking” is now available. The customers who access any 18 Nokia Care Centers nationwide can simply check the repair status of their mobile phones and accessories by visiting www.nokia.co.th/repairstatus. By entering the Job Number, the customers will be informed the repair status as well as the estimating date for collection of the ready mobile phones or accessories. The service “Online Repair Status Checking” is another Nokia’s after-sales service to raise customer facility and, on the other hand, to empharsize Nokia’s mobile phone leadership in prioritizing over product quality and after-sales service simultaneously.
