TRIS Rating Co., Ltd., has cancelled the issue rating of BMW Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (BMWL). TRIS Rating said that the cancellation came at the request of BMWL due to the expiration of the credit rating service agreement and the company has no plan to issue the debentures in the near term.
Therefore, the previous rating TRIS Rating assigned to BMWL’s issue of up to Bt3,000 million in guaranteed debentures at “AA+” with “negative” outlook will no longer be
monitored.
