Bangkok’s luxury residence The Park Chidlom, in association with Gaggenau and Siam Winery Trading Plus Co Ltd, recently held a cooking class specially designed for customers who are interested in cooking and health cuisine. The class was led by Chef Anothai Kongvatana. Created by Jinnapat Tongviseskul, Director - Residential Customer Development of The Park Chidlom, the class opened to both Thai and foreigners (presented in Thai and English). Guest trainers from Gaggenau, gave some tips and techniques for kitchenware usage and maintenance. Siam Winery’s representative suggested on food and wine matching. Also brought with his were bottles of the brand-new “Chateau Vendome” for everyone in the whole class to taste.
