Commerce Minister Porntiva Nakasai recently presented the Ministry’s plaque of honour for the sixth year running to Somroek Tangpiroonthum, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Thai Ha, for the unvarying quality of Kaset brand’s 100 per cent packed jasmine rice.
Judged for the quality its texture, flavour and chemical composition, Thai Ha and its Kaset brand were chosen out of 96 operators and 144 trademarks as the best role models for jasmine rice producers.
