Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected and lowered its rating on Washington Public Power Supply System's Project No. 1 series 1993 1A-1 and 1A-2 bonds to 'A+/A-1' from 'AA-/A-1+'. The rating is based on letters of credit provided by Bank of America N.A. (A+/A-1). We inadvertently did not lower the rating on the bonds at the time of Standard & Poor's downgrade of Bank of America N.A. to 'A+/A-1' from 'AA-/A-1+'.
