Two talented bartenders from Deep bar at dusitD2 baraquda pattaya, Mr. Nattapol Wongchan and Ms. Ruetairat Pongmate, scored awards, 1st and 2nd ranking, at the Finlandia Vodka Cup Thailand 2009 (Eastern) Championship. The bartending contest was held in June 2009 at Imsomnia Club, Pattaya.
Nattapol and Ruetairat competed against 23 bartenders, receiving the high scores for their performances and skills in the Bartending Flair and Classic Skills category. They received favorable comments from the judges when mixed the hotel’s signature “baraquda” and specially created cocktail “Finlandia D2.” Both of them will represent Eastern Thailand while attending the National Championship Bartending Contest in Bangkok on 6 July 2009.
The Finlandia Vodka Cup Thailand 2009 was organized by Brown-Forman Thailand, L.L.C. Co Ltd, the sole importer of Finlandia Vodka in Thailand. The competition comes under the International Finlandia Vodka Cup 2009 in Finland. One of Thailand’s most anticipated bartender competitions, the event attracted bartenders from the many leading hotels on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand.
