From 29 June to 5 July 2009, Chef Joachim Kreisel showcases an inspiring selection of tastes, textures and that promise to transform the taste buds, restore the body and replenish the soul. Mouthwatering Moroccan delights include steaming cous cous tagines, healthy traditional salads and modern interpretations of age-old favorites such as char-grilled sea bass fillet with warm tabbouleh, chermoula baked chicken with aubergine confit and polenta, roasted lamb mechoui with chick pea salad, spiced lamb koftas with yoghurt and mint sauce. Warm sweet cous cous selfa with raisins and cinnamon, Cornes de gazelle pastries filled with sweet almond paste, Montecado cinnamon cookies are some of the desserts that Chef Joachim will prepare to tempt you.
