The company is supporting Thai application developers by opening the True App Center, a major educational institute focused on application development for all mobile phone platforms. The ultimate objective of this move is to produce internationally known application developers for all operating systems including iPhone, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Blackberry and Android. In collaboration with Mahidol University International College and a team of TrueMove developers, True has opened the True App Center Forum, a training center in the areas of application development and design, as well as for business and marketing. The new facility will start with the development of both basic and advanced applications on the iPhone platform, with the new 3.0 firmware. True believes that the new developers will be able to produce solutions that are creative and marketable, and pave the way for Thailand’s entry into the international application arena.

The True App Center will start with the True App Center Forum that is intended to produce Thai software developers. The True App Center accesses the skills and in-depth experience of TrueMove developers and a group of well-known academics from a leading Thai university to provide software creation skills for Thai developers. The mobile phone application market has high growth potential and is open to various types of content including that which is workstyle, lifestyle and entertainment-focused.
