The awards to Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa included the Spirit To Serve Our Guests Award, the Customer Excellence Award, the Problem Experience Improvement Award, Problem Resolution Award and the Staff Service Excellence Award. Full Service Awards are designed to recognize General Managers who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, made extraordinary contributions to the business, and have made and influenced decisions that protect and perpetuate Marriott's ‘spirit to serve’ culture.
