Pcl. as the shareholders of PrimaVest Asset Management Co., Ltd. (PrimaVest), jointly signed an agreement with Mr.Chatrapee Tantixalerm, Chief Executive Officer, Ayudhya Fund Management Co., Ltd. (AYF) on the occasion that AYF to acquire 100% of the shares of PrimaVest. The signing ceremony was held at Bank of Ayudhya’s Head Office.
