Mr. Niwatt Chittalarn, President & Chief Executive Officer of “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, said “KTC offered THB 4 Billion 3-year debentures as an investment alternative to the general public at the coupon rate of 5.50% per annum. The debentures were subscribed by the investors within the first day of subscription period. KTC thanks all investors for their participation; thus, making the debentures fully subscribed in a short time frame. Aside from re-financing its loans and using the proceeds as a working capital for the company’s business, this fund-raising will be used for its expansion of the business and services to be proceeded in the future.”
