Since it’s launch last year, the Millennium Hilton’s Cheese Room, located in stunning riverside dining venue FLOW — has won an army of supporters. They flocked to our door every Friday to sample to finest imported cheeses and embark on a global voyage of good taste and good conversation.
Due to its overwhelming popularity, the Millennium Hilton is delighted to announce that our Cheese Room will now be open seven days a week for dinner including Sunday brunch— so there’s no reason to wait until Fridays to sample the best in the business. Not only this, but evenings spent at the Cheese Room will now take you deep into the culinary heart of some of the finest cheese producing countries in the world. Executive Chef Lorenzo Rosso explains: “As our Cheese Room is gaining more and more fans, one of the next natural steps for us is to shift our focus to those countries with the most tradition, history, range and variety.”
First up is the grandfather of the industry — France himself. Chef Lorenzo promises a blend of world renowned cheeses, currently reaching their peak flavour, as well as rarer delicacies from little known producers. This is a rare opportunity to tatse the tangy notes and crumbling textures of Puy D’astier, Cantal, Mont D’Or and Langres — and an opportunity to shape the Cheese Room’s menu. The most popular cheeses from this limited range will be kept as part of our permanent range.
The Cheese Room is opened everyday for dinner. Highly recommended is the exclusive Cheese Lovers Table, positioned in front of the wine showcase. Price is THB 950++ per person for entrance to the cheese room only. For guests dining at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok’s exquisite dinner buffet and Sunday Brunch at FLOW, the cheese selection from the Cheese Room is inclusive in the buffet price for THB 1,500++ per person.
