Three top chefs of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Thailand: Chef Martin Faist from Plaza Athenee Bangkok, A Royal Meridien, Chef Ramneek Lamba from Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit and Chef Philippe Gaudal from Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort are thrilled to be part the sixteen talented Executive Chefs from five-star hotels in Bangkok and Phuket to present a magnificent charity dinner supporting the underprivileged children.
The event will be presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel with the expected 340 guests. The top chefs will prepare a dinner to remember at the gala event.
A highlight of the event will be an auction for the successful 8 bidders to enjoy an exclusive dinner at their own home prepared by the team of 16 chefs.
Part of the proceeds will go towards Her Royal Highness’s Sai Jai Thai Foundation with the balance going to benefit underprivileged children at ban Kob Dong, Doi Ang Khang in Northern Thailand.
Bangkok Chef’s Charity Gala Dinner 2009 will feature eight-course menu with dessert, canap้s and petit fours. Each menu item will be created by two chefs working together.
