Mr. Noppol Milinthanggoon (3rd from left), the President of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL. presided over the signing ceremony of Subcontract Agreement on Operation and Maintenance of Dam and Powerhouse for Nam Ngum 2 Hydro Power Plant in Lao PDR between RATCH-LAO Services Co., Ltd, subsidiary of RATCH, and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). In order that Mr. Thawat Vimolsarawong (2nd from left), the Chairman of RATCH-LAO Services Co., Ltd. and Mr. Sombat Sarntijaree (4th from left), the Governor of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) endorsed on the said agreement. In addition, there were the executives from both parties presenting on the ceremony.
