BFIT Securities complies with the Thai bourse’ resolution

Bangkok--8 Jul--SET BFIT Securities PCL (BFITSEC), which compensated a marketing officer for noncompliance with regulations of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) governing internet trading commissions, has acknowledged SET’s resolution concerning their noncompliance. They have also paid their fine and informed various parties that they have policies to strictly follow SET’s regulations and have no intention to violate such regulations. “The firm has assured the Exchange that their executives will supervise operations vigilantly to meet SET’s and the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission’s requirements,” reported SET Executive Vice President- Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk Management Suthichai Chitvanich.
