For the soup, our executive Chef Susie will prepare Fish Soup with Preserved Lemon & Harissa. Your final course is a flavorful Spicy Braised Veal, prepared in a scented broth of seven spices and served with Caramelized Vegetable Couscous. Your “Taste of Morocco” finishes with Dessert Rose, a Genoise Cake steeped in Spices-Infused Syrup with Caramel Mousse and Orange Blossom Mousse, served with your choice of Ronnefeldt Tea and infusion or Coffee.
