From 1st July until 31st of July, our executive chef is proud to unveil a special menu of live seafood available for both lunch and dinner. If shellfish are your passion, choose from the finest lobster and Tiger prawns, cooked to order to your specifications. Take your pick - stir-fried, baked or steamed, with a choice of sauces that ranges from XO Chilli to traditional Cantonese - from light and citrus lemon and lime to the rich flavours of garlic.
Live fish are also cooked to order — be it Sea Bass, Red Garoupa or Pearl Fish, we’ve selected the finest delicacies to delight your palate. However you might be tempted away by our pairing teas set menu, available for dinner at THB 2,580++ per person. Using ancient Chinese wisdom, the dishes have been created to be expertly paired with matching finest Chinese teas that enhance their nutritional and health benefits.
Special for the evening on July 20, 2009 The Millennium Hilton is proud to welcome none other than Dr. Rowald Hepp, a Director of famous Schloss Vollrads winery for a celebration of fine vintages hitherto unseen in the City of Angels.
Born and raised in Erlenbach, wine is not only Dr. Hepp’s passion, it is in his blood. From an early age he was involved in the development and nuture of his family’s vineyards, eventually choosing Oneology as a profession and taking postgraduate study in the field at the prestigious University of Geissen. A man who became a director of a vineyard at only 28 has an obvious natural flair for his work and a now, a lifetime of experience. So what can you expect of the great Dr. Hepp in the luxurious surroundings of the Millennium Hilton?
Dr. Hepp and our master chef have weaved a little magic to create a sumptuous wine dinner menu of indulgent delicacies, priced at THB 3,500++ per person.
