Led by Executive Chef Ramneek Lamba, the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s talented culinary team has devised a special selection of dishes that highlight the very best of Middle Eastern cuisine. Diners at the Orchid Caf? can now enjoy the region’s classic cuisine at the enticing buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Made with fresh herbs and spices, pulses, lean meats and an abundance of vegetables, Middle Eastern food is not only delicious but healthy too.
The choice of authentic dishes served is changed daily and includes exquisite hot and cold items, and devilish desserts. From the cold selection, guests can try classics such as baba ghanoush, tabouleh, hummus and fatoush salad. The hot food includes the tasty chicken shawerma and a favourite throughout the northern regions of the Middle East, falafel. Lamb and spinach with crushed chickpeas, sambousek with vegetables, maklouba, and Egyptian fish sayadiah are among the other favourites featured at the memorable buffet.
