Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has withdrawn its 'AA' rating on the City of Lone Tree, Colo.'s series 2008B sales and use tax revenue bonds (cultural facilities projects) because the bonds were not sold. The city plans to issue sales tax bonds (cultural facilities projects) in 2009.
