Mr. Tan Kong Khoon (3rd from left), President & CEO of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited entered an agreement with Mr. Sabby Ray (3rd from right), CEO of AIG Consumer Finance (Asia) as the Bank acquired100% of the shares of CFG Services Company Limited, a consumer credit company of AIG Group. The ceremony was held at the Bank’s Head Office.
