Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected and raised its issuer credit rating (ICR) on Las Vegas Valley Water District, Nev. to 'AA+/Stable' from 'AA/Stable'. On May 30, 2006, the district's general obligation rating was raised to 'AA+/Stable' from 'AA/Stable', and the ICR was incorrectly not raised at the same time.
