Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has corrected and lowered its rating on Denver City and County (Brass Smith LLC), Colo.'s series 2009 bonds to 'AA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1+'. On Feb. 4, 2009, we assigned a 'AA+/A-1+' rating to the bonds based on a letter of credit (LOC) from Wells Fargo Bank South Dakota N.A. (AA+/A-1+), however, these bonds are secured by an LOC from Wells Fargo Bank N.A. South Dakota (AA/A-1+).
