There are now members holding over 30,000 cards. In order to facilitate financial transactions for “KTC-Future Titanium MasterCard” and “KTC-Future Visa” credit card members in Rangsit and nearby regions such as, Pathumthani, Saraburi, Lopburi, Singburi, Prachinburi and Ayutthaya, KTC and Future Park Rungsit cooperatively launched the first inclusive customer center “KTC-Future Lounge” covering 136.14 square meters on 1st Floor, Future Park Rungsit. It was intended as the rest stop from shopping and the center responding to all needs of customers including package tour or specially priced air fare from “KTC Travel Services Center”, counter service for KTC card application and payment, computer and high-speed internet, book and refreshment corner, a range of workshops from various allies taking turn to offer edutainment and a variety of specially priced merchandise that respond to all lifestyles of card members.”
“The launch of “KTC-Future Lounge” is the important step to increase the service channels of customer centers. We also have a plan to expand this inclusive service center to other regions to answer the needs of KTC members nationwide.”
