Recently, Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa organized the Associate Appreciation Week, an activity that allow hotel management team close to their associates by putting the foot in associates’ shoes in order to have better understanding on associates’ feelings. Moreover, the management team leading by Francis Zimmerman (the fourth from right), General Manager and associates join a money donation for kids of Bang Nam Chon School to purchase the essential conveniences, which is one of the actions in getting together between the management team and associates.
