The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list Sena Development PCL in the Property & Construction Group and commence trading on July 29, using “SENA” as its trading symbol, said Chief Marketing Officer, Issuer & Listing Department, Vichate Tantiwanich.
SENA engages in property development for sale and rent of different property types such as house, duplexes, townhouses, commercial buildings, condominiums and apartments for rent in Bangkok and its suburbs under the names of “Sena Grand Home,” “Sena House,” Thanyabordi,” Preamaporn,” “Sena Villa,” “The Niche,” and “The Cache.”
SENA has a paid-up registered capital of THB675 million (approx. USD19.85 million) (excluding green shoe option), consisting of 500 million existing common shares and 175 million capital increase shares, both at a par value of THB 1.00 per share. The company raised THB396 million (approx. USD11.65 million) at its initial public offering (IPO) during July 16-17 and 20 by offering 175 million shares to the general public and a green shoe option of 25 million shares at THB1.98 per share. The company plans to use the funds raised in its project development for both the company’s projects and its subsidiaries. Asset Pro Management Ltd. and Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) PCL acted as co-financial advisors.
SENA's dividend payment policy is to pay no less than 40% of net profits after taxes and legal reserves as shown in separate financial statements.
The firm's major shareholders are Thanyalakpark Group, Mr. Pitchaya Pruksathorn, Mr. Paitoon Dechdanai, who hold 74.07%, 0.44% and 0.38%, respectively, of paid-up capital after IPO (excluding green shoe option).
