THAI Introduces “Eurng Luang” Ready Made Curry Sauce

Bangkok--30 Jul--Thai Airways Thai Airways International’s Catering Department is pleased to introduce “Eurng Luang” Ready Made Curry Sauce, a new culinary product that is sure to delight all passengers traveling THAI’s inbound flights to Bangkok. THAI Catering invited representatives from TG Line Station Caterers in France (CDG), Japan (NRT, KIX), South Korea (ICN), Switzerland (ZRH), and the USA to attend a presentation and workshop detailing the production and benefits of “Eurng Luang” Ready Made Curry Sauce. Mrs. Bhinkham Rohitasthira, THAI’s Vice President, Inflight Services Department, presided over the presentation as the guest of honor alongside Line Station Caterer representatives, who gave THAI Catering a lot of positive feedback. These catering representatives were significantly impressed by the quality, authentic Thai taste, and convenience of “Eurng Luang” Ready Made Curry Sauce. The pilot project is currently offering 3 types of “Eurng Luang” Ready Made Curry Sauce, namely Green Curry, Red Curry, and Panaeng Curry, with the hope that other caterers will soon follow the example of the Line Station Caterers in using “Eurng Luang” Ready Made Curry Sauce in their Thai meals. Thai meals made using this new product will be served from September 2009 onwards.
