Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) encourages customers to help the environment by using its iBanking, SMS Banking and Mobile Banking services to reduce the use of paper in banking transactions. To thank customers for their environmental contribution, the Bank will plant one mangrove tree for each customer applying for those services, at the Mangrove Reforestation Station, Klong Kloan, Samutsongkram Province.
The iBanking reforestation programme will run until the end of September 2009.
