From the 2nd to 8th August 2009, the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) will hold its 30th General Assembly at the world renowned Royal Cliff Beach Resort’s conference facility in the Pattaya Exhibition and Conference Hall (PEACH) in Pattaya, Thailand.
The organization which was formed to promote greater cooperation between the ASEAN nations and further improve the economic, social and cultural development of the region, safeguard the political and economic stability of the region as well as serve as a forum to resolve intra-regional differences will conduct all their meetings and conferences at PEACH for the duration of the assembly whilst leaders from the 20 countries including H.E. Mr. Abhisit Vejjajiva the Prime Minister of Thailand, will reside at the four 5 star hotels of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort.
The Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH have over the years hosted numerous international events as well as political summits of significant importance including the 14th ASEAN summit and the recent 3rd High Level committee between Thailand and Indonesia.
Pattaya Exhibition and Conference Hall (PEACH) will host the AIPA 30th General Assembly.
