Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected its rating on Utah Housing Corporation's series 2008-2 bonds to 'A-1+' from 'AA-/A-1+'. On Dec. 12, 2008, we assigned our 'AA-/A-1+' rating to this short-term debt obligation. The 'A-1+' rating reflects guidelines published by Standard & Poor's on Aug. 19, 2008 ("Application Of Dual Ratings In U.S. Public Finance"), which clarified the use of dual ratings and the ratings on short-term debt.
