In collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Bangkok Bank has introduced the Bangkok Bank Titanium Ramathibodi Hospital, the first ever co-operation between a credit card issuer and a government hospital. Cardholders will receive special privileges at Ramathibodi Hospital, and 2 percent cash back every month. Bangkok Bank is also inviting customers to become cardholders and take part in the “spend and make merit” campaign. Bangkok Bank will contribute 0.2 percent of all spending with the card, and donate an annual fee of Baht 300 the Ramathibodi Hospital Foundation.

Card holders will receive special Ramathibodi Hospital privileges such as a special reception room, car park reservation at the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, advance medical appointments, additional credit line granted in the event of a medical emergency and payment of medical treatment fees by installment with a special interest rate at 0.6 percent per month. The distinctive points of this credit card covers the right to receive 2 percent cash back every month, a personal assistance service, and the lowest interest rate among financial institutions in Thailand at 18.00 percent.

The Ramathibodi Foundation was established along with the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital to give people an opportunity to contribute back to society. Donations are spent on increasing the effectiveness of the hospital and other key missions including education, research, service and health promotion. Other ongoing projects include the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, a stem cell research project and development programs for the elderly, children and young people.
