In celebration of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s Birthday on 12th August 2009, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited has prepared a special menu on board THAI’s flights, which will be served to all passengers traveling on selected international flights departing from Bangkok between 11 - 13 August 2009, except for breakfast servings.
Air Chief Marshal Narongsak Sangapong, THAI’s Acting President said “THAI is celebrating Her Majesty’s Queen Sirikit Birthday and Mother’s Day, with a special menu served on board. The special menu is made from Royal Project products serving in First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class. The special menu starts with the main course Roasted Chicken Roll stuffed with Prawn served with Garlic Oyster Sauce and Steamed Chicken Flavored Rice, with a special dessert of Mulberry Layer Mousse Cake served every class.
