TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. has cancelled the company ratings of Hi-Way Co., Ltd. (Hi-Way) and Loxley PLC (LOXLEY). The cancellations are due to the expirations of the credit rating service agreements and both Hi-way and LOXLEY have no plans to issue the debentures in the near term.
Therefore, TRIS Rating will no longer monitor the performances of Hi-way and LOXLEY, and the previous company ratings assigned to Hi-Way and LOXLEY at “BBB+” with “Stable” outlooks should not be used for reference.
