Mr. Apichai Boontherawara, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand , met with Mr. Tran Van Lieu , Chairman of Vietnam’s Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority, and Vietnamese delegates from Planning and Investment Department of Binh Duong Province, Becamex IDC Corp. and Mien Dong International University, to discuss investment opportunities as well as promote Thai investment in Binh Duong Province at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on July 29, 2009.
