Bangkok--1 Sep--Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide Photo: Greg Carstens , Managing Director, UPS Thailand represented The UPS Foundation in donating US$ 5,000 (Baht 165,000) to Suthasinee Noi-In , the founder of Ban Home Hug, or the Suthasinee Noi-In Foundation for Children and Juveniles. The UPS Foundation through UPS Thailand donated US$5,000 (Baht 165,000) to Ban Home Hug, also known as the Suthasinee Noi-in Foundation for Children and Juveniles, in Yasothon province. The donation will be used to help take care of abandoned children, including those infected with HIV and victims of sexual abuse. “This contribution is consistent with UPS’s commitment to reach out to local communities through hands-on community service or by funding programs that can demonstrate positive changes for the people who need them most,” said Greg Carstens, UPS Thailand’s Managing Director. UPS Thailand employees also donated toys and books for the children and were delivered to the foundation.
