Mr. Boyd Barker, General Manager of Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa announced the appointment of Mr. Adrian Stoppe as the new Director of Food & Beverage at Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa.
Mr. Adrian graduated from Restaurant Management Bachelor School & Apprenticeship in Wuerzburg, Germany. He brings 10 years of extensive and varied experience in the area of Food & Beverage to the Marriott team. His most recent post was Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort.
His work experience includes other hotels such as Le Meridien and InterContinental Vienna in Austria and The Willard InterContinental Washington DC in the United States and the InterContinental Frankfurt in Germany. With his solid background in numerous positions in Food & Beverage to perfect his craft, Adrian is appropriate for his position to run and direct the Food & Beverage team of the hotel where the 4 outlets are busy all-year round.
In his new role at Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa Adrian will oversee all Food & Beverage activities and take initiatives in directing the Hotel Food & Beverage team in providing the Resort’s valued guests with comfort, convenience and satisfaction.
