The luxury retro inspired collection smoothly blends silk, featherweight mohair, cashmere, leather, and furs with renewed interest in both the 80’s power shoulders and shapes, together with 40’s glamour, ultra feminine, and wait focus shape. Boucle base is the core of the season in fashion suiting and separates. Hand-loomed tweed, glazed metallic tweed and antique plaid mix and match in mixed suiting, as true sportswear suiting. Lacquered jersey and satin chiffon add the touch of fashion with its metallic touch. The use of raw edges, bias tulle ruffles, embroidery embellishments and satin linings makes the pieces easy but precious. Fashion colours include a rich variety of berries, cassis, royal purple, and French blue.
Start with the transition line also the signature, the idea of transparencies in all black textures or tonal satin/chiffon effects ease into the cooler season. Overlays of chiffon and novelties of the sequins enrich the line with a touch of fun. Soft satin chiffon takes fashion colours vividly, especially in the softly tailored shift dress and cocktails dresses with cleaner and more sculpted shape. Shift dresses are more structured with 80’s effect on the shoulder line, with clear waist definition that flatters a woman’s curve. Then there’s the eye-catching black and silver plaid devoree print that adds texture and pattern to the fashion statement.
Moving into winter, furs celebrate luxury whilst double-faced cashmere gives the richness in colour and texture. Coats are key of the season and they emerge with novelty necklines, voluminous shapes and adapted ? sleeves for a modern touch, especially when layered with cashmeres and fur details. Luxurious leather comes in refined Nappa leather offered as a blazer with pleated details, motorcycle jacket or trench, whist leather skinny pants and pencil skirt update your wardrobe with comfort and confidence.
