Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul (2nd from the right), President, KASIKORNBANK and Mr. Phinit Susaorat (2nd from the left), Secretary-General, the Office of the Judiciary presided over the MOU signing ceremony to launch a welfare home loan scheme, earmarked for more than 20,000 judiciary officers and regular employees. The event was recently held at The Criminal Court Building, Ratchada Phisek Road.
