? Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), Thailand's premier universal bank, has selected the Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Management System (HRMS) as the way forward to manage its human capital, complementing its current Oracle E-Business Suite Financials financial system implementation.
? The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS is expected to meet the very high volume and complex demands of SCB.
? The Oracle HCM applications enable and fulfill SCB’s vision to improve the bank’s human capital management strategy with complete features and tools.
? SCB aims to improve productivity and reduce paper-based transactions by introducing more self-service capabilities throughout its organization and provide additional HR Business Intelligence to its line managers and senior management.
? Together with its implementation partner, Oracle Consulting Services, SCB embarked on the deployment of seven modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite: Oracle Human Resources, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle iRecruitment, Oracle Self-Service HR, Oracle Advanced Benefits and Oracle HR Intelligence.
