Bangkok--22 Sep--Manulife Insurance
The management team, staff and agents of Manulife Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited together with the Wishing Well Foundation treated 20 children to a day at Siam Ocean World on September 19, 2009, under a program entitled: “Enjoy Your Life with Amazing Underwater World”.
The Wishing Well Foundation is a Thai non-profit organization that helps to improve the quality of life of children undergoing treatment for cancer.
Saturday’s activities included bringing the children, aged 4 — 12, to visit Siam Ocean World, the largest world-class aquarium in Thailand; the donation of 10,000 baht to the foundation; and the organization of a special lunch to entertain and bring cheer to the children.
Mr. Christopher Teo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited said: “This is another social project through which Manulife hopes to improve the community’s quality of life, by focusing on society’s most needy. Our overall objective is to help make children’s dreams come true under the company’s mission: Bringing Dreams to Life.”
