Bank of Ayudhya promotes Krungsri Home Refinance with long-term low interest rate MLR — 2.25% per annum and MLR — 1.75% for the remaining period of the contract
Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited introduces Krungsri Home Refinance with long-term low interest rate under the concept “Don’t be attracted..with first year’s low rate”. Special low interest rates are offered with MLR-2.25% per annum for the first and second year and MLR-1.75% per annum for approved credit limit of more than THB 2 million for the rest of the contract. Amount of loan is as high as 90% of appraisal value and repayment period is as long as 30 years. Moreover, interest can be used for tax deduction of up to THB 100,000 per annum.
