Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected and lowered its underlying rating (SPUR) on the Port of Seattle, Wash.'s special facility fuel system bonds to 'A-' from 'A'. The outlook remains stable. On Feb. 15, 2007, the SPUR on these bonds was inadvertently included in a rating action raising certain ratings based on the port's net revenues. However, this SPUR is on bonds that are secured by fuel facility rents.
