The TNT Call Center services are currently being expanded to also include a one-stop service for the general public in addition to that offered to TNT Thailand’s customers.
Winner of the 2008 best customer service awards from “Thailand National Call Center Awards 2008,” hosted by the Call Center Industry Association, the TNT Call Center is managed by Charasphan Chamsai who leads a staff of some 60 people to provide a service widely recognised for its high standards and responsive “can do” attitude.
“We have worked even harder since we received the best customer service award in October of last year,” said the Customer Services director, adding, “We’re already recognised for our ‘can do,’ attitude and now our message to all who use our Call Center is loud and clear. That message is ‘sure we can,’ and it’s something that inspires us each and everyday.”
The TNT Thailand’s “sure we can,’’ message is exemplified in the company’s current Heroes campaign that invites customers to vote for the best Pickup and Delivery (PUD) staff.
