Microsoft Thailand is offering consumers in Thailand the chance to purchase Windows 7 at a one-off special price of just 2,777 baht, prior to the new operating system’s official worldwide launch on October 22nd and launch to consumers in Thailand on October 31st, 2009.
In order to take part in this promotion (which is for the Home Premium edition of Windows 7)*, consumers must simply sign up on the Windows 7 Thailand website at www.windows7thailand.com, with registration starting on October 16th. After signing up, users will receive confirmation of their entry which they should print out and bring to the official Windows 7 launch at Fashion Hall, Siam Paragon on Saturday, 31st October 2009. The first 777 people to arrive with their tickets after the gates open at 11am will then be able to get Windows 7 for this special price.
