Founded in 2005 with the registered capital of 40 million baht, go has offered HR outsourcing service solution, including payroll, human resource administration and employee’s welfare management. Now, go handle 55,000 employees’ payroll from more than 150 companies. The company also serves a wide range of client, ranging from 3 staff members to more than 10 thousands.
Miss Sauwaros said during the five years operation, go had over 20% growth rate per annum.
“During the economic crisis, we are optimistic that will be our great opportunity because managements will consider outsourcing services as their solution which will provide them more flexibility, cost control as well as risk management. In the initial period, most of firms hiring outsourcing company were multinational companies, but now local firms also consider to use outsourcing service,” she said.
“We have developed our service continuously, especially in our clients’ confidential. Lately, we are awarded the world class standard ISO 27001 which concerns information security management system. In Thailand, we are now the only one human resource outsourcing service provider receiving this standard” said Miss Sauwaros.
“We are confident that our service will benefit our clients by providing management flexibility, encouraging them to be able to focus on human resource development and their core business and leaving unproductive operations to us,” she said.
“We have expected that next year, the number of our clients will be increased by 30% while the number of headcount is expected to jump to 100,000,” she said.
